Global Dike-Pond System Dataset (1984-2020)

<br>The global dike-pond system dataset was generated using a deep learning-based method based on the Global Surface Water dataset. The dataset includes polygons of dike-pond systems for three periods (1984-2000, 2001-2010, and 2011-2020), along with the maximum extent from 1984 to 2020 and the maximum extent of coastal dike-pond systems. Inland dike-pond systems can be derived by excluding coastal ones from the total dike-pond systems. Each polygon is formatted within a 10° x 10° grid, with the latitude and longitude of the upper left corner recored in the filename.
