Elephant chains and bestfits with Pybird

Chains and bestfit points for the Elephant chains using LCDM with combined multiple redshift bins. The redshifts are z=(1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.65). The varied bias parameters, for each redshift, are b1, b2, b4 (in westcoast notation). Gaussian prior on b2 and b4 with range=3. The other parameters are analytically marginalized using a gausssian prior with range=3. The kmax's for the analyses are: (0.18, 0.20, 0.22, 0.24) respectively for each redshift.
