Assessment of the relationship between gut microbiota, inflammatory markers, and colorectal cancer

We agree that species-level microbiota data can significantly enhance the interpretability of our findings. In response, we have compiled the species-level relative abundance data for each participant and provided it as a supplementary Excel file (Supplementary Table S1). This table includes taxonomy information from phylum down to species level, derived from our 16S rRNA sequencing results using the SILVA 138 reference database. The supplementary material has been uploaded accordingly.
