Antibiotic Resistance Genes and Microbiomes along the soil-plant continuum in legume plants (Vicia faba) from commercial fields

This project regards soil and plant-associated microbiology, with emphasis on the impact of antibiotics present in TWW used for crops' irrigation, the distribution of ARGs and their modulation, and the microbiomes dynamics correlated to different TWW used and environmental conditions.
