Examination of miRNA mimics and inhibitors on satellite cell proliferation in vitro

Cultured satellite cells were transfected with either a mimic for miR-127 or Antagomir-22-3p and cultured for an additional 4 days. Samples were examined to determine potential mRNA targets of miR-127 or miR-22-3p. This study is comprised of 8 samples.
