资源简介:
In 2015, around 78.9 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent were emitted in Austria. As a result, emissions were approximately 0.1 % higher than in 1990. Compared to the previous year 2014, GHG emissions increased by 3.2 %. The main responsibility is the increase in emissions in the areas of energy application, transport and buildings. Economic sectors not subject to the European Emissions Trading Scheme emitted 49.3 million tonnes in 2015. GHG emissions were thus 2.2 million tonnes below the national emission ceiling for 2015. According to scenario analyses by the Federal Environment Agency, the national objective of reducing GHG by 2020 can be achieved through additional measures, especially in transport and room heating. Consistent efforts are essential for the 2030 and 2050 targets in the long term.
