p63/p73 are master transcriptional regulators of ITGB4-hi cancer stem cells and are required to maintain CSCs in a quasi-mesenchymal state and for metastatic colonization RNA-seq of control (NT) ITGB4-hi cells and p63 KO, p73 KO, and p63/p73 (double KO, dKO) cells. RNA-seq was performed on biolgical triplicates.
