Naive CD4+ T cells (CD4+CD25-CD44-CD62L+) were FACS sorted from WT or T cell conditional GOT1-/- C57BL/6 mouse spleen and lymph nodes. Sorted cells were differentiated into Th17 cells in the presence of TGFÃ, IL1Ã, IL6, IL23, anti-IFN? and anti-IL4. RNA sequencing was then performed on day4 differentiated TH17 cells. Overall design: Expression profiling in triplicates by high throughput sequencing (Illumina Novaseq) on in vitro differentiated Th17 cells
