收藏资源简介:
Description of DatasetThis dataset provides the key processed data matrices for the manuscript titled: "The REG Ⅰα/EDNRB axis fuels the malignant progression of colorectal cancer via Ca²⁺-dependent epithelial-mesenchymal transition". These files allow for the direct verification and reproduction of the bioinformatic analyses downstream of gene quantification.1. Study Design:Objective: To identify downstream targets of REG Ⅰα in colorectal cancer.Cell Line: LoVo human colorectal cancer cells.Experimental Groups (n=3 biological replicates per group):si-NC: Cells transfected with a negative control siRNA.si-REG1a: Cells transfected with siRNA targeting REG Ⅰα.2. File Contents:gene_Count.xlsx: A matrix of raw gene counts for all detected genes across all samples. This is the recommended input file for re-running differential expression analysis.gene_FPKM.xlsx: A matrix of FPKM (Fragments Per Kilobase of transcript per Million mapped reads) normalized expression values.Allgene_info.xlsx: Annotation information for all detected genes, including gene IDs and symbols.
