The dataset contains three high-resolution scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images (TIFF format, 2048 × 1887 px) showing the microstructures of dried samples of 3D-printing inks with different poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) to ceramic solid load ratios: 1:1, 1:2, and 1:4 by weight,documenting morphology changes with binder content variation. The inks were formulated for additive manufacturing of ceramic components. Samples were prepared, dried, and imaged under high-vacuum conditions at an accelerating voltage of 20 kV and magnification of 5000×.
