Catalogue of armed-group attacks in Papua, Indonesia, May 2019–May 2023 (audited), with analysis code

- Data unchanged. `papua_attacks_2019_2023_v1.csv` is byte-identical to version 1.0 (SHA-256 `8f4fa57c2314142ab7195c74eadf8d3c5152a15c1751dd71dc0c2a8d1f6222ae`).- New code: `knox_within_year.py` (Knox tests and follow-on probability with dates permuted only within calendar years and within half-years) and `figures_paper2.py` (Figures 3–5 of the near-repeat article).- Data dictionary: the definition of `geo_flag` now states that `corrected` marks the five records whose coordinates were relocated during the audit (events 108, 112, 116, 124, 131). The two records whose decimal point was restored (events 4, 79) keep the flag `ok`; their correction is recorded in `qc_note`.- `requirements.txt` adds `matplotlib` and `Pillow` for the figure script.
