10-hour timelapse of the double mutant Clb2dbŒî, Clb5Œî, which has the destruction box region of the CLB2 gene, on the cell cycle control system in budding yeast. The yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisia, are growing in 2% raffinose, since this mutation is inviable in glucose. The images from two experiments done with Wild-type Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a control are available as CIL:39606-39625 and CIL:39646-39665. The images from two experiments done with the double mutant Clb2dbŒî, Clb5Œî are available as CIL:39626-39645 and CIL:39666-39685.本数据集为针对出芽酵母细胞周期调控系统的10小时延时成像数据，实验对象为双突变体Clb2dbΔ、Clb5Δ，该突变体缺失CLB2基因的破坏盒（destruction box）区域。本次实验所用酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）在2%棉子糖培养基中培养，原因是该双突变体在葡萄糖培养基中无法存活。以野生型酿酒酵母为对照的两组实验的图像数据集编号为CIL:39606-39625与CIL:39646-39665。以双突变体Clb2dbΔ、Clb5Δ为实验对象的两组实验的图像数据集编号为CIL:39626-39645与CIL:39666-39685。
