Whole genome and exome sequencing of 19 EMS-mutagemized tobacco plants

This dataset includes whole-exome and whole-genome sequencing of 19 EMS induced tobacco mutant lines and a technical replicate developed by Japan Tobacco Inc. In each line, eight M2 plants in each individual M1 plant were bulked to represent all mutations induced in the line. Whole-exome sequencing procedure in tobacco was developed to identify induced mutations and was verified by a comparison with the result of whole-genome sequencing under collaborative research between RIKEN and Japan Tobacco Inc.
