SSR screening and morphological characterizathion of ‘Galega vulgar’, a very diverse Mediterranean olive variety

SSR screening of 595 individuals of a Portuguese olive tree variety, 'Galega vulgar', plus three representative samples of 'Picual', 'Arbequina' and 'Galega' varieties from WOGB.Morphological characterization of endocarps and the endocarp profiles found in the 629 prospected olive trees in 10 traditional Portuguese regions of olive production.本数据集针对葡萄牙橄榄品种‘Galega vulgar’的595个个体开展简单序列重复（Simple Sequence Repeat，SSR）分子标记筛选，同时纳入来自WOGB的‘Picual’、‘Arbequina’与‘Galega’三个品种的代表性样本；对葡萄牙10个传统橄榄种植产区内629株被调研橄榄树的内果皮（endocarp）进行形态学表征，并构建其对应的内果皮形态特征谱。
