Mutations in CHEK2 affect the tumor immune microenvironment and increase the response to PD-1 inhibitor therapy

To elucidate whether CHEK2 mutations has effects on tumor microenvironment after immune checkpoint blockade therapy, we performed RNA-seq analysis of tumor tissues of mice receiving PBS or anti-PD-1 therapy to compare the gene expression profiles. Overall design: RNA-seq was performed on MC38 and B16 tumors tissues of mice in CHEK2-knock out and CHEK2-WT cells which received PBS(N=3) or anti-PD-1(N=3).
