Businesses holding the Special Quality Seal for Greek Cuisine (ESPEK)

The Quality Mark for Greek Cuisine is awarded by the Ministry of Tourism to food service establishments and certifies that the dishes offered are based on Greek culinary tradition, that the establishment utilizes specific Greek products—including local and PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) products—and promotes Greek culinary and wine traditions and production, while simultaneously offering a satisfactory level of overall service.
