We report the FLT3 gene mutational analysis of 3 acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) cases with the simultaneous presence of FLT3 internal tandem duplication (ITD) and D835 point mutation, in association with more than one ITD mutations (in two cases). Nanopore sequencing strategy provides useful information about FLT3 gene mutations complexity in APL.
