In this study, we established the over-expression and interference-expression vectors of McF6'H1, transformed into noni via the method of Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation. After screening of Hyg, PCR, qPCR and HPLC, we got the positive transgenic noni, and the plant with highest scopoletin content (OE 26) and the lowest scopoletin content (RNAi 5) were selected for transcriptome sequencing, wild type as control.
