Imagined Sensory Experiences - Analysis scripts.

This dataset consists of matlab analysis scripts.

One of these scripts (Aphantasia_Cluster_Regression.m) runs non-parametric cluster tests, which rely on the FieldTrip toolbox for matlab. These test for conditional differences between spectra, and for correlations between subjective rating of the intensity of imagined audio and visual experiences and differences in spectra recorded when people had imagined audio or visual experiences, as opposed to meditating.

Another script (Aphantasia_Simple_Individual_Decoding_Aud_Vis_Med.m) runs individual trial-by-trial decoding analyses. These serve as a test for reliable differences between spectra recorded during our different experimental conditions (audio imagination, visual imagination, and meditation).
