MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR WASTE PAPER PULP RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize resources by separating waste paper from a waste paper package including a contraindicated article by a separating device without relying on humans and recovering the waste paper from the remaining part. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a raw material for crushing a waste paper package containing a contraindicated article， separating the crushed article by a separating device 20， and using the residue as a raw material to be supplied to a waste paper pulp production process， the separating device 20 separates the crushed article on the basis of size， in which a large number of carrying disks are provided on a rotary shaft 20A so as to be spaced along the longitudinal direction thereof to form a carrying shaft， a large number of carrying shafts are provided in parallel so as to be spaced in the carrying direction to form a carrying surface 27， and gaps 20D are formed on the carrying surface 27， the carrying disk has an outer peripheral surface in which the distance between each point of the locus formed by the outer peripheral surface and the rotary shaft core changes stepwise from large to small， and then from small to large， the carrying surface 27 is inclined upward with respect to the horizontal plane， and a part of the separation target is passed through the gap between the carrying surfaces 27 by gravity， and the residues that do not pass are left.
