A summary of the methods is provided below:MethodsWe used imputed genotype information on 16 million genetic variants in 487,442 participants, after excluding variants with FilesEach tarball includes GWAS summary statistics files for the analyses performed in UK Biobank participants of EUR-like genetic ancestry, as described in the above article. All base_pair_locations correspond to human genome b37. Files contain ~16million variants from the v3 genetics+imputation release meeting the inclusion criteria (>=0.1% MAF & imputed INFO score >=0.3).The dementia tarball includes:all-cause dementia (all, males, females),non-Alzheimer's disease dementia (all, males, females).The "MRI iron" tarball includes:T2* estimates in 8 regions,QSM estimates in 8 regions.The "MRI grey matter" tarball includes:Grey matter volumes for 6 regions (all, males, females).
