Winter Wheat Bundles: Images and Tiller Counts

Images of winter wheat straw tiller arranged in bundles, obtained from 11 different fields (folders 01-11), together with their tiller counts obtained by different methods (Data20YYWithGroundTruth.txt). All samples were harvested in 2023 and 2024. Structure of Data20YYWithGroundTruth.txt: 'Filename': filename of the image (relative to directory of Data20YYWithGroundTruth.txt) 'Hough Count': tiller count based on Hough transform 'Manually Added': tillers counts added by user 'Manually Removed': tiller counts removed by user 'Tiller Count': tiller count from Hough detection corrected by the user, i.e. 'Tiller Count'= 'Hough Count' + 'Manually Added' - 'Manually Removed' 'Optical Count': tiller counts from pure optical counting of tillers from images (zero if counting was not carried out) 'Ground Truth': tiller counts from manual tiller counting by hand (zero if counting was not carried out) For more information, see the file Readme.txt.
