Pseudomonas donghuensis P482 Genome sequencing. Pseudomonas donghuensis strain:P482

Pseudomonas donghuensis P482 is a tomato rhizosphere isolate, obtained in the Pomeranian region, Poland. The strain shows antagonism towards plant pathogens from Dickeya and Pectogacterium genera. The goal of this study is to obtain the genome sequence of P482 in order apply in silico methods to facilitate the ongoing research on the antagonistic properties of the strain.
