SCD1 knockdown led to differential gene expression in UMUC3 and SW780 cells (RNA-seq)

The goal of this study was to define the cohort of genes whose expression is regulated by SCD1 function in bladder cancer. Towards this goal, UMUC3 and SW780 cells stably knockdown SCD1 were established. In addition, a control cells was generated by transfection with empty vector.
