Electron microscopy imaging of hydrophobically modified chitosan biopolymer connecting halloysite nanotubes at the oil-water interface for synthetic emulsion stabilization

The dataset shows electron microscopy imaging of hydrophobically modified chitosan (HMC) biopolymer connecting halloysite nanotubes (HNT) at the oil-water interface and optical micrographs of the emulsions.
