Poly(A) RNA-seq of Day-14 and Day-21 WT and MTR4-null nucleus and cytoplasm

Mtr4 deletion caused unbalanced mRNA distribution between different subcellular components like nucleus and cytoplasm. In order to obtain a global view of the abnormally distributed transcripts, poly(A) RNA-seq of nucleus and cytoplasm seperated from Day-14 or Day-21 WT and MTR4-null oocytes were conducted in this study. Total RNA were extracted by TRIzol. 10 nuclei or cytoplasms were used per sample.
