Early/late Repli-seq for measurement of replication timing in mouse Hepa1-6 cells. Mouse Hepa1-6 cell line E/L Repli-seq

Replication time profile of mouse hepatoma derived Hepa1-6 cell line. Two ENCODE-style biological replicates where cells were separately grown, labelled with BrdU and FAC sorted into early and late S-phase populations. Sorted cells were then subject to the E/L Repli-seq protocol Illumina sequencing library preparation and sequenced on an S1 flowcell of an Illumina NovaSeq.
