Raw data of wet organ weights and organ dimensions of Crl:CD1(ICR), C57Bl/6J, and C57Bl/6NCrl mice

The datasets provide the raw measurements of 101 Crl:CD1(ICR) and 10 mice each of C57Bl/6J and C57Bl/6NCrl mice for age, weight, length and the wet organ weights of heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, spleen, and stomach as well as the respective organ dimensions except for lungs. The .csv-file uses the German notation with a semicolon as a separator and a decimal comma. Age is measured in days, body weight and organ weights in grams, and body lengths and organ dimensions in millimetres. Within the datasets, CD1 denotes Crl:CD1(ICR) stock, 6J C57Bl/6J, and 6N C57Bl/6NCrl.
