Modulating immune cell fate and inflammation through CRISPR-mediated DNA methylation editing [WGBS-seq]

We investigated the genome-wide DNA methylation dynamics occurring during the C/EBPa-driven B cell to macrophage transdifferentiation. Overall design: We utilized Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS-seq) to investigate DNA methylation changes across the genome at a nucleotide level during the process of C/EBPa-driven B cell to macrophage transdifferentiation. The analysis was carried out at four distinct time points (0 hours, 24 hours, 96 hours, and 168 hours).
