This Metropolitan Council dataset increases awareness of the location of all known publicly owned lands relative to transit-served areas. This data allows users to view, analyze, and display publicly owned parcel data within a selection of 146 Twin Cities Metro-area municipalities. As the geography has increased, the purpose remains the same; to raise awareness of publicly owned land for the highest & best use. Intended use is for planning purposes only as this data makes No claim as to development feasibility of any land.
