Collaborator Vegard Eldholm has shared 2424 pneumococcal genomes, as part of the Global Pneumococcal Sequecning project. As part of the open data policy, we register this study to upload the shared genome to ENA (https://prosjektbanken.forskningsradet.no/project/foriss/314720 [prosjektbanken.forskningsradet.no]) This data has been described in the following article [doi or ref] and its further analysis can be freely submitted for publication.
