Zero points Lower Saxony

This spatial data set contains the zero points on classified roads, which are within the competence of the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport. The division of the entire road network into sections and branches requires an exact and unambiguous definition of their starting and endpoints at which the stationing begins and ends. These initial and endpoints are called zero points and are assigned to a network node. (ASB network data version 2.01)
