Untitled Item<b>NUCLEAR GENE INTROGRESSION</b><b>S </b><b>IN HYBRID POPULATIONS OF WATER FROG </b><b>PELOPHYLAX ESCULENTUS</b><b> COMPLEX: GEOGRAPHICAL ANALYSIS OF THE PHENOMENON AND ITS INTERPRETATION</b>

The dataset contains information on 159 frog water samples from different river systems in Ukraine. For each sample the belonging to the river system, geographical coordinates, species composition are indicated. For marsh frog samples, the presence or absence of introgression of alien genetic material is additionally indicated. For samples of hybrid frogs, the presence or absence of recombination of parental genomes is indicated.
