The goal of this scRNA-sequencing experiment is to study the immune modulatory effects after intratumoral injection of mANK-101 complex in a syngeneic mouse tumor model. Overall design: C57BL/6 mice bearing MC38 syngeneic tumors (n=4 per group) were administered a single intratumoral injection of vehicle or 5 µg mANK-101 complex (5 µg mIL-12-ABP protein complexed with 50 µg Alhydrogel®). On Day 7, the tumors were harvested for scRNA sequencing analysis.
