XRD of Synthesized Cu-5abdc and Cu-5abdc-NH2 MOFs

The data reveals an X-ray Diffraction pattern (XRD) of two synthesized metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), Cu-5abdc and Cu-5abdc-NH2. The peaks observed for the MOFs indicate they are crystalline. Both MOFs had some similar crystalline peaks which matched copper oxide (Cu2O). There were several other unidentified different peaks for each MOF crystal. The show up of Cu2O in the search and match confirms the formation of bonds between copper and 5-amino benzene -1, 3 -dicarboxylic acid to form the MOFs.本数据集呈现了两种合成金属有机框架（metal-organic frameworks, MOFs）——Cu-5abdc与Cu-5abdc-NH₂的X射线衍射图谱（X-ray Diffraction, XRD）。两种金属有机框架的衍射峰均表明其为结晶态材料；二者存在若干与氧化亚铜（copper oxide, Cu₂O）匹配的相似结晶峰，且每种金属有机框架的晶体还带有若干其他未被识别的特征衍射峰。在物相检索匹配中检出的氧化亚铜信号，证实了铜与5-氨基苯-1,3-二羧酸之间发生成键反应，进而形成了目标金属有机框架。
