Street Name

The Development Management department (DM) maintains the City’s Street Name Dataset. This dataset is integral to the maintenance of Situational Addresses as each Address Number is linked to a specific road. All Street Names are maintained according to the City’s Street Naming and Numbering Policy. Each new development must be provided with Street Names (indicated on the submitted Sub divisional or Consolidation Plans). These new Street Names are then checked by DM to ensure compliance with the policy prior to the approval of new developments. Street Names are captured in a Line Feature Class (indicating where each road will run) and is On ramped to SAP LUM (Land Use Management) as part of the Situational Addresses. All spatial layers are served live from internal systems, an item's "Last Updated" or "Publish Date" refers to the Metadata only.发展管理部（Development Management, DM）负责维护本市街道名称数据集。该数据集是情境化地址（Situational Addresses）维护工作不可或缺的核心组成部分，因为每个地址编号均关联至特定道路。所有街道名称均严格遵循本市《街道命名与编号政策》进行管理维护。每项新建开发项目均需配置专属街道名称，且该名称需在提交的分区规划或合并规划图中予以标注。在新开发项目获批前，DM将对上述新增街道名称开展合规性核查，确保其符合政策要求。街道名称以线要素类（Line Feature Class，用于标注各道路的规划走向）的形式进行存储，并作为情境化地址的组成部分同步接入SAP土地使用管理系统（Land Use Management, LUM，简称SAP LUM）。所有空间图层均由内部系统实时提供服务，数据项的“最后更新时间”或“发布日期”仅针对其元数据（Metadata）有效。
