资源简介:
The Koori Health Research Database (KHRD) contains the genealogies and life events of approximately 8,000 Kooris who lived in Victoria and New South Wales in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. In 1999, work began in a partnership between the University of Melbourne and the Bunjilaka Centre at Museum Victoria to build a database of the Aboriginal (Koori) population of Victoria since colonisation. The KHRD is a collection of genealogies built from the Koori community’s carefully preserved oral knowledge of lineages and relationships, supplemented with vital registration data and information from other historical records.Publications1.
