To assess the dynamic changes in the immune contexture during early lung carcinogenesis, we performed immune profiling using the nCounter PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel on resected lung ADCs and their precursors . Overall design: n=9 for AAH (atypical adenomatous hyperplasia), n=11 for AIS (adenocarcinoma in situ), n=21 for MIA (minimally invasive adenocarcinoma), and n=6 for invasive ADC (adenocarcinoma)
