资源简介:
This dataset contains anonymized clinical and biochemical data from a retrospective cohort study conducted at a single urogynecology clinic between 2020 and 2024. The study investigated urinary leakage outcomes among women who underwent pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT), with or without additional treatment using non-ablative erbium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Er:YAG) laser. The dataset includes matched baseline characteristics, hormone and metabolic biomarker levels, and follow-up continence assessments based on objective pad testing. In particular, the data support stratified analyses evaluating whether individual physiological profiles—especially circulating androgen levels—are associated with differential responses to energy-based interventions for female urinary incontinence. Summary statistics for numerical and categorical variables, as well as derived treatment outcome metrics, are provided to facilitate secondary analysis and reproducibility efforts. This resource may be of interest to researchers in urogynecology, women’s health, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and biomarker-guided therapy design.
