RNA-Seq analysis of differentially expressed genes in UPM-exposed epithelium co-cultivated with macrophages and dendritic cells from patients with asthma and COPD

The study aimed at evaluation and comparison of airway epithelium mRNA profile in response to airborne particulate matter presented by macrophages using in vitro triple cell co-culture model. Overall design: mRNA profile of control, asthmatic and COPD nasal epithelium co-cultivated with monocyte derived macrophages and monocyte derived dendritic cells after UPM exposition.
