Gene expression profile at single cell level of FACS-sorted blood NK cells from kidney transplant recipients

We explored NK cell differential gene expression profiles in patients with antibody-mediated rejection versus T-cell mediated rejection. From frozen PBMC, circulating NK cells from 8 patients (4 antibody-mediated rejection and 4 T-cell mediated rejection) were FACS-sorted. Samples were at the time of biopsy-proven rejection. Cells were processed for 3 prime V3 single cell RNA sequencing. Cell were hashed to process 4 samples together. Fastq files were demultiplexed by Cell Ranger v6 multi.
