轨道列车转向架轴承多场耦合监测试验台主要通过变频三相电机带动轴承试验台主轴、支撑轴承及被试轴承运转。在被试轴承轴箱体、主轴及电机处安装热电阻温度传感器,用于实时监测温度;在被试轴承端盖处安装三向振动加速度传感器,用于实时监测被试轴承振动状态;在距离试验轴承1.5m处放置声学监测装置,用于实时监测被试轴承运转声音信号。
The multi-field coupling monitoring test bench for bogie bearings of railway trains is primarily driven by a variable-frequency three-phase motor to rotate the main shaft, support bearings and the tested bearing of the bearing test rig. Resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) are installed at the bearing housing of the tested bearing, the main shaft and the motor for real-time temperature monitoring. Three-axis vibration acceleration sensors are mounted on the end cover of the tested bearing to monitor the vibration state of the tested bearing in real time. An acoustic monitoring device is positioned 1.5 meters away from the tested bearing to monitor the operating acoustic signals of the tested bearing in real time.
