The effect of antipsychotic drugs (haloperidol, clozapine, olanzapine, quetiapine and amisulpride) on PI3Kdelta was tested with a kinase assay. The enzyme, which was used in the experiments was N-terminal His6-tagged recombinant, full-length, human p110delta associated with regulatory subunit p85alpha. The data presents luminescence of experimental wells as well as that of corresponding no-enzyme control wells in ADP-Glo Kinase Assay. The data includes all the experiments for the tested antipsychotic drugs.
本研究采用激酶实验,检测了氟哌啶醇、氯氮平、奥氮平、喹硫平及氨磺必利等抗精神病药物对PI3Kδ(PI3Kdelta)的调控作用。实验所用酶为经重组表达的N端带有His6标签的全长人源p110δ,该酶与调节亚基p85α结合形成复合物。本数据集包含ADP-Glo激酶检测(ADP-Glo Kinase Assay)体系下,所有实验孔及对应无酶对照孔的发光信号数据,且覆盖了针对全部受试抗精神病药物的相关实验结果。
