Supplementary Material for Neural Classification of Social Behavior in Mice via Prefrontal Cortex Calcium Imaging

This repository provides supplementary figures and datasets associated with the article Neural Classification of Social Behavior in Mice via Prefrontal Cortex Calcium Imaging. The study comprises nine experiments in total. While the main manuscript reports results from two of these experiments, the materials available here correspond to the remaining seven, offering additional analyses that complement and extend the findings presented in the paper. The figures are organized by experimental task (3-CH and SIT) and include confusion matrices, correlation analyses, correlation matrices, and quantitative measures of correlation derived from neuronal activity. The data and additional resources associated with this work are available in a GitHub repository, which will be linked to this record to ensure proper versioning and DOI assignment.
