This is a zipped (.zip) folder that contains the alignments used for molecular phylogenetic analyses in this study. Specifically it includes: 1) the two-locus (ITS, nucLSU) alignment compiled by Serusiaux et al. (2010, Fungal Biology 114: 528-537) with the addition of a sequence newly generated for our study. 2) the partition file and the input phylip file used for maximum likelihood analyses in this study.
