Proactive notification to clients of Electric Utility Service in Brazil

A Proactive Notification dataset used to predict the time that will be necessary to fix problems that interrupt the electric supply and identify the clients that potentially will contact the call center in cities of two states of Brazil. This dataset has historical data related to: Occurrence-Client-Complaint and Fail Occurrences.
