Phenotypic features and the response to growth hormone treatment of patients with a molecular defect of the IGF-I receptor

This dataset contains the supplemental information to the manuscipt that describes the phenotypical features of 32 patients with a molecular defect of the IGF-I receptor. A clinical score is developed to select patients for genetic testting based on birth size, height, head circumference and IGF-I. The growth response to growth hormone therapy is evaluated. ****Forthcoming publication: The paper related to this data will be published soon.
