Whole transcriptome sequencing for upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) of BALB/c female mice treated with N-butyl-N-(4-hydroxybutyl) nitrosamine (BBN)

Only BALB/c female developed UTUC treated with BBN. To know the biological features of UTUC, we conducted the RNA-seq. BALB/c female were treated with or without BBN for 18 weeks.
