Dataset on performance-based funding in Ukraine's higher education (2020-2022)

This dataset provides secondary quantitative data for the analysis of the implementation of the performance‑based funding (PBF) formula in Ukrainian higher education institutions during 2020-2022. It represents a corrected and extended version of the dataset used in the article 'Performance-based funding formula in Ukrainian higher education: policy implementation and lessons learned' and includes additional eligible institutions identified during subsequent work.
