Human Gut Metagenomic Sequencing Data for Spinal Diseases
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains human gut metagenomic sequencing data from participants with spinal diseases and healthy controls. The samples were collected to investigate the potential association between gut microbiota composition/function and spinal diseases (including but not limited to intervertebral disc herniation, spondylitis, and scoliosis).Genomic DNA was extracted from fecal samples, and shotgun metagenomic sequencing was performed using the platform, generating paired-end reads with a length of. The dataset includes raw sequencing data (fastq format) that can be used to analyze microbial community structure, functional gene profiles, and potential microbial markers related to spinal diseases. This data resource aims to provide a basis for further studies on the gut-spine axis, facilitating research into the role of gut microbiota in the pathogenesis, progression, or treatment response of spinal diseases.
